Merchandise Return Details And Procedure

Products can be returned within 30-days from the date of invoice. Please carefully review GRY’s Return Policy details and conditions below. GRY prices are subject to change without notice. See Users Manual for complete product warranty policy.

Shipping Policies

RMA Number:
You must first contact GRY Water Treatment to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Any products sent to us without an RMA number will not receive a refund.
All refund amounts will be based on the manufacturer’s warranty and GRY return policy. Refunds will be issued back using the payment method you used when you placed your order. Refunds take up to 3-5 business days to process once we receive the return.

Packaging:
Please kindly re-pack the product in its original box, or a box of equivalent strength. The unit should be packed in the same manner as it came to prevent damage in shipping. Please return everything that was in the original box. Be sure to drain out all water from wet systems and parts and wrap them in plastic bags before packing.

Return To:
We will provide you with an address for return merchandise when we issue the RMA number.

Refused Shipments:
All returns must have an RMA number. If an item is refused upon delivery without a proper RMA number obtained from GRY Water Treatment, no refund will be applied, If the item is refused after contacting us for a proper RMA number, shipping charges (to and back) will be applied and the balance will be refunded.

Undeliverable Packages:
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs if the carrier is unable to deliver the package due to an address error that is not caused by GRY Water Treatment.

We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

Damage Claims :
All damage claims on deliveries must be made within 10 days of arrival to customers home. GRY Water Treatment may request photos of the damage to give to UPS for inspection of the damage and to file a claim. Should any item arrive damaged, please contact customer service.

General return Policy

All HardlessNG Whole house water filters come with a 30-day money back guarantee from the date of purchase. All return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or manufacturer defect. Our refund policy and conditions are as follows:

1. If system was returned unused and media were in their original, unopened packaging —we will issue a full product refund minus shipping upon receiving the merchandise in undamaged condition.
2. If system was returned used, not-defective, and packaging was opened —we will refund the purchase price less 25% re-stocking fee and shipping costs upon receiving the merchandise returned in undamaged condition.
3. If any merchandise was defective —we will refund the full purchase price upon receiving and reviewing the merchandise returned in undamaged condition. We’ll also refund your shipping cost if your return is the result of our error.

Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order for any item provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already shipped out, it cannot be canceled by you, or by our customer service department. However you can return the item for a refund.
